Our casting process utilizes pearlescent micas, solid pigment dyes and translucent dyes.  The micas create a sparkle effect with depth.  The pigments create a solid base of color. The translucent dyes are blended with micas to create new colors. The right blend when casting helps create the patterns.  Most of our castings use at least two colors but can go up to four colors combining different mediums. You can take ten blanks from one casting and end up with ten different patterns.   It is a fun process. Contact us and let us know what colors you would like see or order.
The pens below represent some of the team colors we cast for our customers.
Two of the three pens below are in Seahawk colors and the one on the right is in Western Washington colors.
The pen below used three translucent colors red, yellow, and blue mixed with white pearlescent mica to create this tie dye pattern.
